Greetings web scrapers!
Welcome back to another web scraping tutorial using Mozenda. In the last video, I’ve went over how to scrape the web for inventory management. This is useful if you have a business of your own and need to do some research on your competition.
Today we’re going to stick with the theme of tracking your competition, only this time we’re going to scrape hiring trends. What positions are they trying to fill? What departments are they recruiting for, and which offices? We are focused more on strategy here rather than the technical step-by-step of using the Mozenda software (I go through this process in my other videos in the playlist so be sure to check them out).
With a web scraper, this data is delivered to us so we can make better decisions about our own business.
